With over 12 years of experience in the design industry, I’m  currently leading design at Honor, where we’re helping reshape the experience of caring for our elders. My most recent efforts include spearheading a radical shift in our care delivery business model transitioning from a human to system-led with an end goal of driving efficiency & consistency across operations — ultimately unblocking our ability to deliver specialized high-touch experiences for mom & dad.

Leading design strategy initiatives, I integrate service and system design to empower teams in driving direct, scalable solutions that address both business-critical metrics and real user pain points.

Worked alongside a small team of designers, engineers and product owners to re-envision Epocrates - the #1 medical reference app. Efforts included — leading extensive ethnographic research of our core user base, user testing core workflow changes, and visually redesigning a 20-year-old beloved mobile application.
